Contact & Registration
Ready to begin?
If you’ve read the FAQs and T&Cs, and you’re ready to begin, simply click the Contact Form button below.
This will take you to a secure page where you'll be asked to fill out a brief online contact form with your details and a short summary of what you’d like support with.
Once your form has been received, it will be reviewed to make sure this service is the right fit for your needs. This may not happen immediately, as Dr Nicky only works part-time, but all attempts will be made to review your information in a timely manner.
You will then receive an email with a scheduled time for a brief 10-minute free phone call. This gives Dr Nicky a chance to understand what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work on, and also allows you to decide whether she is the right person to support you. If the allocated time is unsuitable, you will be given the option to rearrange.
After this call, if you’d like to proceed with therapy, you’ll be invited to book an initial assessment session (about 1.5 hours), where Dr Nicky will spend time getting to know you, understanding your situation, and discussing what you’d like to work on. From there, regular sessions (usually 50 minutes each) will be arranged to support you in working towards your goals at a pace that feels comfortable. Progress will be reviewed along the way to make any adjustments together as needed.
